ACMA welcomes Steve Sparrow as guest artist to their concert on Sunday April 19.
Steve, a well-respected entertainer is widely known throughout the South East Queensland pub/club scene and beyond, and has a very good following. He also works as a duo, and trio.
Born totally blind, he has overcome adversity with his original brand of music. Steve’s stage shows are very memorable. His unique vocal style and instrumental ability ensures an ear catching performance.Â
Steve’s wide and varied repertoire showcases many styles including: ‘70s, ‘80s, ‘90s, current material, Rock ‘n Roll, Country, Blues and a little comedy at times.
Steve always tailors the program to suit the audience, and enjoys talking with, and involving the audience, if suitable for the venue and show.
You’ll also enjoy popular Country music and other upbeat, crowd-pleasing favourites from talented local artists backed by a great house band.Â
See you at the Hall of Fame, 24 Steggalls Road. Doors open 10am. 11 am start, raffle and door prizes, BYO lunch/sausage sizzle, free tea and coffee, entry $15, members $10.
ACMA is a not-for-profit organisation and the proceeds will go towards the upkeep of the hall.
